Group training allows for a more diverse training experience. Not only do we focus on the individual's skills, but also how that individual operates in small-sided games. These small-sided games will put players in game like situations that will allow them to overcome obstacles they will face on game days. This will prepare them to deal with and make better decisions when faced with those obstacles.
Players are given measurable skills that they must improve on in order to progress up the OutWide Ranks. These skills range from ball mastery skills and 1v1 confidence to movement and decision making in small group play.
